Returns & Refunds

1.Introduction

Our priority is to provide you with a pleasant experience every time you place an order on our marketplace or mobile app. However, occasionally you may need to return certain items that you have ordered. This Returns and Refunds Policy sets out our terms related to accepting return requests and issuing refunds on behalf of our sellers. It also explains the instances in which we will not be able to accept return requests or issue refunds.

2.Deadline and conditions for accepting refund requests

In accordance with the rules set out in this Returns and Refunds policy, sellers operating on the Snopet.es marketplace offer the possibility of returning most ordered items within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted, regardless of the reason stated, after the return period stipulated above has elapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller.

You may request a refund for an item purchased at Snopet.es, within the specified period, for the following reasons:

To be returned, items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact, if applicable. However, the item may be returned if it is found to be defective after delivery or after reasonable use (in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the return period.

3.Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns on certain categories of products for health and hygiene reasons.
The safety of our customers is our priority, so some categories may not be returnable for health or hygiene reasons, or if they are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. You are only eligible for a return and refund for these items if you received the wrong product, or if you received a faulty, damaged or misrepresented item. You cannot receive a refund for these product categories for a change of mind reason.

We do not accept returns on personalized items.
We do not accept returns on used or worn products, unless the reason for the return is related to a malfunction or damage to the product after reasonable use (as per the manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the returns period.
The seller is not obliged to accept returns unless the items were damaged or defective upon delivery, or are different from the items originally ordered.

We do not accept returns on items damaged after delivery.
We do not accept returns on used or worn products, unless the reason for the return is related to a malfunction or damage to the product after reasonable use (as per the manufacturer’s instructions for use) during the returns period.
Items that are defective after delivery cannot be returned if they fall into the following categories: fashion, sports and; fitness and consumer products.
If an item is covered by a warranty, and it is damaged or malfunctions during the warranty period, it will not be covered by this Returns & Refunds policy, but by the seller’s warranty. Warranty information is shown on each product sheet.

4.Return packaging

When returning an item for any reason, you must return it in the exact condition you received it, with its original packaging and all tags attached (for example, shoes must be returned in their shoe box, with the original seals on the items, including audio or video recordings or software, must not be removed).

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit.

You must not include in the returned item’s packaging any items that are not part of the returned item as originally received. You must completely remove and delete any personal data relating to you and/or any third party that may be present on an item, and unblock any account that may be linked to the item.

Snopet.es will not be liable for items mistakenly contained in a returned package, or for any data breach resulting from failure to delete personal data contained on a returned item.

5.Refunds

If we accept your return, or if you are expecting an item but do not receive it, we aim to refund the purchase price of the item within the time period stated on the returns page. return times.

In the case of non-conforming, defective or damaged items, you will also be reimbursed for the full shipping costs of the returned items, once your return has been processed.

If the return is not a result of an error on our part or the seller’s part (for example, if you changed your mind or the size did not meet your expectations), you will not receive any refund of the shipping costs.

The refund request form must indicate the payment methods available to you to receive refunds.

6.Refund and return requests rejected and confiscated

All items are inspected upon return to verify the return reasons provided.

If your return request is not approved by Snopet.es, you will not receive any refund of the purchase price or shipping costs, and we will make 2 reshipping attempts within 7 business days.

If both reshipping attempts are unsuccessful, we will immediately notify you that we will hold the item for an additional 30 days from the original notification date. Our notification will include details of the pickup location and opening hours.

If you do not collect the item within the required time, you will lose it, that is, the item will become the property of Snopet.es and Snopet.es may dispose of it in the way it considers appropriate, for example by sale, charitable donation, recycling or destruction.

7.No exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive an item in a different color or size, please return the item in question and place a new order.
